Cas13 ssRNA Reporter (FAM/BHQ)

Cas13 ssRNA reporter is a single-strand oligo RNA probe with a 6-FAM (Fluorescence) label at the 5' end and a BHQ (quencher) label at the 3' end. When combined with guide RNA and target RNA, Cas13, enzymes exhibit activated trans-cleavage activity against ssRNA. Upon cleavage, the quenched fluorescence of the probe recovers, enabling enzyme activity analysis and target detection.

存储稳定性:

Store at 15-30°C for transportation process up to ten days but long-term storage should be at –20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot product into smaller quantities to avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles


Appearance:

White to off-white lyophilized powder in dark tube


Reconstitution Protocol:

Rehydrate in 100 ?L nuclease-free water to make a stock solution with a concentration of 100 ?M. Prior to use, dilute the stock solution with nuclease-free water to a working concentration of 10 ?M, and add it to the CRISPR cleavage reaction system according to the required concentrations


Recommendation:

Always include RNase inhibitor at recommended concentrations in Cas enzyme reactions
